Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (Turkish: Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat Üniversitesi) is a state university located in Alanya, Turkey. The university was founded in 2015 by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey[1] and is named after Kayqubad I. In the 2021-22 academic year, a total of 14,135 students, including 5229 associate, 8417 undergraduate, 418 graduate and 71 doctoral students, are studying. As of 2022, the university has a total of 577 academic staff, including 52 professors, 68 associate professors, 171 doctors, 164 lecturers and 122 research assistants. Rector Ekrem Kalan was dismissed on 16.06.2023 within the scope of the investigation conducted by YÖK and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Arife Uslu Gökceoğlu was appointed as acting Rector.[2]
